I was tagged twice by *damaskangel some time back but I've kept it aside for a while. Since I am in the process of cleaning out my inbox and thanking all those who've faved my work I thought I'd attend to the tag also. I had to look up 'aleatory' first though.

THE FACTS:
1. The only reason I took up digital painting was because my camera broke. But now I think I enjoy painting more than I like taking pictures. But I shall have to put that to the test once I get a camera.

2. The only reason I took up photography was because writing short stories took too long and I am a lazy person who only feels inspired enough to write on very, very rare occasions.

3. There are long stretches of time in my life that I want to stay away from doing anything creative. Sadly, those stretches of time far outweigh the time I actually spend doing anything.

4. There is a song in a Hindhi movie called "Khamoshi" that chokes me up every time I listen to it. The song is sung by the daughter of a deaf and mute couple and they are watching as she sings, not hearing or understanding anything she is singing about. Halfway through she starts using sign language to tell them what she is singing about and that's the moment that just touches me every time. Oh crap...

6. I am never completely satisfied with anything I create. Be it a painting, drawing, a short story, or a feature article. I always want to go back and change it to make it better. I don't do that anymore... but I really, really want to.

7. I never plan anything. My plans have never worked out so I don't see the point.

8. I think my biggest failing is that I can't focus on one thing for too long. I have to branch out and seek new thrills and interests all the time.
