Well I just finished adding up the votes for my very first contest as Contests Admin over at Care-Club It was a very fun and exciting contest to do as far as I am concerned.

Sure, I was called a 'hard ass' and 'a pushy son of a ...' and things a little less pleasant by some members but that was all in the name of fun. And sure there were times that I contemplated making my own clubs called "I-Dont-Care-About-Care-Club-Club' or "Care-Club-Doesn't-Care-Club" but I got over it eventually. And I even decided not to post the poll asking the members whether we should throw out our "Founder Member" and my sister Lazulyte from the Club and make me "Ruler Supreme". So it was definitely fun.

I've just uploaded the news that voting in the contest is closed and that I will post the winners soon... just to give all the contestants something to get excited and worry about. How long do you think I should take before I put them out of their misery? Being Contests Admin sure gives me so much power... POWERRRR!!! AAAHHHAAAHAAAA ahem... anyway.

I'm also pretty excited that DAnnsCreations has made a very pretty necklace for my wife. (Pssst... I am supposed to keep that a secret from DAnnsCreations's daughter, so no one tell her about it, ok?) I will upload a pic when I get it. I can hardly wait to see it. And I've decided that I will show my appreciation for her lovely gift soon... not here on DA though. But that's a surprise!!!!
